J B Lofton Company

Our company is also known as J B Lofton Realty & Appraisals.  We've been doing appraisals in the north eastern part of South Carolina for over 40 years.  

James (Jimmy) Lofton is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, SC Registered Forester, and Real Estate Broker.  

Jeremy Lofton is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds a designation as an SRA through the Appraisal Institute.  He is also a licensed Real Estate Associate.

Jason Foster is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
